The rules are as follows:
1) Register on the website and In-game and also notify a Promoter to be promoted to member instead of the starter Guest Rank.
2) Griefing is allowed in some cases. Griefing In-town is not permitted and Insta ban. 150 Block Radius away from towns is allowed.
3) If you have a question do /msg <username> (That being a Mod and +higher )
4) No giving out free things, Hawkeye is watching and doesn't lie.
5) No MODS! Using hacked clients will get you perm banned and all ranks LOST! Even if you paid for them!
6) Regarding #5 Only fly mod, Optifine, Macro MODS are allowed.
7) Do not bitch or complain about losing stuff in PVP, you won't get your stuff back. Remember, you took the risk to pvp in the first place!
8) Do not Spam! You will be given the 3 strike system!
*Do not complain about people spamming, because you do, it will be classified as spamming yourself!*

10) Only start a project you will soon finish. Do not dig or build and leave it.
11) USE THE FORUMS! On here the forums all Anouncements will be made about server status.
12) Do not abuse Higher ranks, will result in Muted or banned.
13) No caps! You will be given the 3 strike system.
14) No selling: exp bottles, Diamond Blocks. ect. (basically expensive items, including ones that players cannot get legit)
15) All prices must be the around the same price as the Server shop prices. If not will result in your store being disabled ( people can't buy things )
16) No x-ray like texture packs
17) Disrupting game play through means of verbal abuse. Verbal abuse includes, but is not limited to: Racism, continuous verbal altercations, false accusations, and slander.
18) What either BrotherLachy, or Sir_Jaymie says, goes: If a rule is not stated here but is stated by one of us, then it must be treated as if it is written. It will be eventually added to the rules. The admins are also responsible to spread the word of the rules that we may state before writing them in the official rules.
19) Do not make chestshops just for somewhere safe to store your items. If you do, you will lose everything from the chest(s)
